With everyone going a little bit ‘CORONA CRAZY’ I thought it would help to list some ways to boost your immune system a bit.
I thought it would be good to give you a little teaser of the sorts of exercises you can do at home using minimal equipment.
Treat this workout as a circuit by performing 15 of each exercise 3 times round. Aim to complete as fast as you can with good technique throughout.
The key to a healthy diet is to eat the right amount of calories for how active you are so you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use.
