Total Body Workout

As the last few weeks have been very specific to certain areas, I thought this week I would give you an all over body workout to target as many areas as possible.

Treat this workout as a circuit by performing 15 of each exercise 3 times round. Aim to complete as fast as you can with good technique throughout.

Forward Lunge (Each leg)

Press Ups (on knees is fine)

Dorsal Raise

Squats

Leg Raises
