Resistance Band Workout!

With the likely hood of some of our sessions having to move online for some members over the coming weeks, and to celebrate the launch of our new MEMBERS ONLY site coming in the next few days, I thought it would be good to give you a little teaser of the sorts of exercises you can do at home using minimal equipment.

Check this all over circuit out.

You can do the same exercises with dumbbells or tins of beans (if you can get hold of any!).

Perform 3 rounds of 12-15 of each exercise.

Shoulder Press

Front Squat

Chest flies

Wide Row

Lateral Raise
