2 skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. turmeric

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. curry powder

1/2 tsp. dried chili flakes

1/2 tsp. sea salt

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced or grated

Spiced Chicken Breast Method

Pound chicken breast lightly with a meat hammer. Mix all spices and olive oil and rub over both sides of chicken. Marinade in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to a pan and cook over medium heat until done. About 7 min per side.

Let sit for about a few min and slice across the grain and serve over salad, brown rice or steamed vegetables.
